Justice for Women was founded in 2013 at the University of Manitoba with the goal of creating a safe and inclusive campus for all students.

Justice for Women is a group where students can come together and discuss what feminism in our community looks like. We contribute a voice on behalf of women on campus by ensuring that the integrity of women is promoted by all groups and organizations at the University of Manitoba.

 

We focus on education based discussion, emphasizing that individuals from all knowledge backgrounds are invited to share and learn from one another. From there, JFW has expanded to offering Consent Culture Workshops, an initiative that is very important to the continuation of our group.
